Adam Sclafani – Founder & Creative Director

My name is Adam Sclafani, and I have proudly lived on Long Island my entire life. As a lifelong resident, I’ve always valued the importance of community and building strong connections with the people around me. Before launching East Coast Drone Productions, I served as a local first responder and later retired as a police officer. Those years taught me discipline, attention to detail, and a deep sense of responsibility—qualities I now bring into every project I take on.

After retiring from law enforcement, I decided to pursue another passion: capturing moments and stories through aerial photography, videography, social media content creation, and business promotional videos. I saw an opportunity to help businesses, real estate professionals, and individuals elevate their vision and showcase their work in ways that traditional photography simply can’t match.

What I Do:

From concept to completion, I handle every aspect of the creative process. That includes planning, shooting, and personally editing all content, ensuring consistency and quality in every project. I pride myself on delivering polished results with a fast turnaround time—typically just a few days—so my clients can start using their content as soon as possible.
